HOSTEL RULES

• Will follow the day to day routine of hostel and school unless changed by the Principal.
• Outsiders are not allowed to stay in the hostel.
• Children’s are not allowed to bring their parents inside the dormitories.
• Children’s should not gossip at study time and meal time.
• Will leave hostel on vacation with private clothes after the parents put their signature on the register.
• On arrival from vacation, the parent should mention the date and time on the register.
• Children should communicate only in English language.
• To take any boarder a night or more outside the school compound due to serious sickness, death or any unavoidable circumstances, Principal permission should be obtained.
• Parents/Guardians should not visit their wards beside the visiting days. Such unexpected visit creates difficulty in maintenance discipline and disturbs the educational experience provided to the hostel boarders.
• Intentionally hurting other hostel boarders is strictly prohibited. They could be punished or expelled from the hostel.
• Bringing Gold necklace, Gold ring, Gold earrings, Mala, mobile phones and any kinds of weapons in the hostel is strictly prohibited.
• Those who run away from hostel could be expelled from the hostel.
• Taking or consuming, betel nuts, cigarettes, alcohol and drugs in the hostel are strictly prohibited. They could be expelled.
• Uniform, dress code including hair style should be maintained in the hostel. Colouring hair and awkward hairstyle is prohibited.

 

 

TRANSPORTATION

The need for safe passage of each child to school and back home is importance. To ensure safe travel the school has its own outsourced school bus. The Transport Service (optional) is operated by the school and a separate transport fee is charged for this. For supervision and monitoring, a transport attendant is on board throughout the journey.

 

RULES GOVERNING TRANSPORT FACILITY

• Transport service is an optional service facilitated and outsourced by the school for the convenience of its students.

• The school bus facility available to the student cannot be expected or demanded as a matter of right.

• Any change in the bus timings will be notified to the parent by the school management team.

• Students while traveling on the school bus must maintain discipline. Any student guilty of misconduct will not be allowed to avail the bus facility. A student shall be refused the bus facility if involved in damage to the bus property.

• The school has taken utmost care for the safety and convenience of the students.

• Any suggestion/ complaint regarding the transport service is to be made in writing strictly to the school management team.

• It is important that any change to the usual pick-up/ drop routine is intimated to the transport in charge a day in advance.

• No child will be handed over to an unknown person/ to anyone at the time of pick up.

• Please cooperate with the drivers and attendants.
